Judging completion of pressing operation
The operation monitors the torque (current limit value) in percent in “Push force” of the position
data and turns LS0 or LS1 signal ON when the load current satisfies the condition shown
below during pressing. LS0 or LS1 signal is turned ON at satisfaction of the condition if the
work piece is not stopped.

Caution: (1) The pressing operation speed is 20mm/s.
(2) The work piece is pressed after the pressing is completed. The work piece may
moves backward or forward. An alarm should be generated and the actuator
stops when it gets pushed back to a position in front of the approaching position.
When the work piece gets moved in the pressing direction, LS0 and LS1 turn
OFF if the load current goes down to the set current limit (pressing [%]) or below.
It should be judged as a miss-pressing if the moving amount goes straight to the
stroke end.
(3) An error will occur when hitting to a work piece during approach operation.
