What to do if my Korg Musical Instrument has no sound?

  If your Korg Musical Instrument isn't producing sound, here are a few things to check: * Ensure that headphones are not plugged in, as this will disable the internal speakers. * Verify the connections to your amplifier or mixer. * Confirm that all components of your sound system are powered on. * Check that the MASTER VOLUME or ASSIGN.SLIDER sliders are not set to “0”. * Make sure the Local parameter is turned On, not Off. * Ensure the Speaker parameter is set to On, not Off. * Adjust the Attack parameter to a lower value if it’s too high, and increase the Volume parameter if it’s too low.

How to troubleshoot power issues on a Korg Musical Instrument?

  If your Korg Musical Instrument isn't powering on, try the following: 1. Ensure the power cable is securely plugged into both the outlet and the back of the instrument and that the cable is not damaged. 2. Verify that there are no issues with the mains. 3. Check if the power switch is turned ON. If it still doesn't turn on, it is recommended to contact your dealer or the nearest KORG Service Center.
