Chord Recognition Mode
Thisparameter setshowchordsarerecognizedbythe
autoaccompaniment engine.Pleasenote thatwhenin
Full or Upper Chord Scanning mode, the Fingered 3
modeisalwaysselected,andyoumustalwaysplayat
leastthreenotes,toletachordberecognized.

Scale Mode
This parameter determines which tracks will use the
selectedalternativescale(see“Scale”onpage44).
Realtimetracks
The scale will only affect the Realti

(Keyboard)tracks.
Uppertracks
The scale will only affect the Upper 1–3
Realtime(Keyboard)tracks.
AllT
racks The scale will affect all tracks (Realtime
,
Style,Pads).
Memory Mode
This parameter sets the way the MEMORY button
works.
Chord WhenitsLEDison,theMEMORYbutton
keeps the recognized chor
d in memory.
When its LED is off, the chord is reset
whenraisingthehandfromthekeyboard.
Chord+Lower
WhenitsLEDison,theMEMORYbutton
keeps the recognized chor
d in memory,
and keeps the Lower track held until the
next note or chord is played. When its
LEDisoff,thechordisresetwhenraising
the hand from the keyboard, and the
Lowertrackisnotsustained.
Lower Whenit
sLEDison,theMEMORYbutton
keeps theLow
ertrackhelduntil thenext
note or chord is played. When off, the
Lowertrackisnotsustainedwhenraising
thehandfromthekeyboard.Thechordis
alwayskeptinmemory.
Velocity Control
SetthisparametertotriggeraFilloraBreaksimplyby
playing louder with your left hand. When playing on
the Lower track with a velocity higher than 95, the
selected Style Element will start. For this function to
work, the SPLIT Keyboard Mode and LOWER Chord
ScanningModemustbeselected
