Activation / deactivation of the automatic unloader
The automatic unloader simplifies the unloading process of the machine. With the automatic
unloader activated and depending on how the machine has been equipped, the system will
perform the following functions after the "Open/close tailgate" key has been pressed:
GL version (key for opening the tailgate):
• Open the tailgate with the control unit by pressing the key for softkey (hold the
key); at the same time the coaster/steering axle will be locked by the system (optional)
GD version (key for opening the tailgate):
• Open the tailgate with the control unit by pressing the key for softkey (by
pressing once); at the same time the coaster/steering axle will be locked by the system
(optional) and the tailgate will be opened
• After switching on the P.T.O. shaft the floor conveyor will be activated by the system
GL / GD version (key for closing the tailgate):
• Close the tailgate with the control unit by pressing the key for softkey (hold the
key); at the same time the coaster/steering axle will be loosened by the system (optional)
and the floor conveyor will be switched off
Note
In case the automatic unloader is deactivated, the unloading steps must be individually
activated by hand with the control unit (refer to chapter Control “Unloading process”)
