3.5 Using Seat Belts
The windrower is equipped with seat belts on the operator’s and trainer’s seats.
WARNING
Seat belts can help ensure your safety when they are properly used and maintained.
• Before starting the engine, fasten your seat belt, and ensure that the training seat occupant’s seat belt is securely
fastened.
• Never wear a seat belt loosely or leave any slack in the belt system. Never wear the belt in a twisted condition or
pinched between the seat structural members.
To fasten a seat belt:

1. Pull metal eye (A) and pull the safety belt completely across
your body.
2. Push metal eye (A) into buckle (B) until the eye is locked
in place.
3. Adjust the position of the belt as low on your body as
possible.
To release a seat belt:

1. Push red button (C) at the end of the buckle.
2. Separate buckle (B) and metal eye (A).
