DHOURM
This instruction measures the period of time for which the start contact is ON in units of hour, and turns on the device specified
by (d2) when the accumulated ON time reaches the time (32-bit binary data) specified in (s).

• The RnCPU and RnENCPU with firmware version "17" or later support this instruction. (Use an engineering tool with version "1.020W" or later.)
