9. Is ink adhered on Head surface or inside nozzles? Follow the procedure below to perform Head
cleaning.
1. Perform Head cleaning in "Adj.: HeadWash" in
the self-diagnosis function.
2. Perform Initial ink charge in “Update: Head
Rank”.
3. Check the printing status again.
