mustbecheckedeachtimethevehiclechassisislubricated.
Iffreepedalislessthan1/2inch(13mm),theclutchmustbe
adjusted.ContactyourInternationalTruckdealerforproper
clutchadjustmentprocedures.Afterproperclutchadjustment,
clutchfreepedalshouldbebetween1.25and1.75inch(32
mmand44mm)andthereleasebearingshouldcontactthe
clutchbrakewith1/2-1inch(13-25mm)ofclutchpedal
travelremaining.Freepedalandclutchbrakeshouldbe
adjustedbylengthening(increasesfreepedalanddecreases
clutchbrakesqueeze)orshortening(decreasesfreepedaland
increasesclutchbrakesqueeze)thehorizontalrodifoutsideof

clutchlife,andmayvoidtheclutchwarranty.
Clutchcross-shaftsandthrow-outbearingsmustbelubricated
eachtimethevehiclechassisislubricatedtoensuresmooth
clutchactivationandlonglife.
