Ifaxleorsuspensioncomponentsaretobeserviced,support
vehiclewithoorstandsunderframesidemembers,preferably
betweentheaxles.
ChassisLubrication
Newvehiclesarelubricatedatthefactory.Afterthevehicle
isplacedinoperation,regularlubricationandmaintenance
intervals,basedonthetypeofserviceandroadconditions,
shouldbeestablished.Theloadscarried,speed,roadand
weatherconditionsallcontributetothefrequencyoflubrication
intervals.Thoroughlubricationandmaintenanceatthespecied
intervalswillensureOutstandingLifeCycleValueandwill
reduceoveralloperatingexpense.
Insometypesofoperation,andwhereoperatingconditionsare
extremelysevere(suchasindeepwater,mud,orunusually
dustyconditions),thevehiclemayrequirerelubricationafter
every24hoursofoperation.
Onlylubricantsofsuperiorquality,suchasFleetrite
®
lubricants,
shouldbeused.Theuseofinferiorproductswillreducethe
servicelifeofthevehicleorresultinfailureofitscomponents.

Thelubricationintervalsspeciedshouldbeperformedat
whateverintervaloccursrst,whetheritismiles(kilometers),
