componentslooksimilarto,butarenotexactly
thesameasdomesticmadecomponents.
Mixingcomponentscancausewheelorfastener
failuresandresultinpropertydamage,personal
injury,ordeath.
•Donotchangefromaluminumwheelstosteel
wheels,orviceversa,withoutchangingthe
mountinghardware.Insomecaseswithange
nutmountingsystems,changingthehub
andstudassemblymayberequired.Mixing
componentscouldcausewheelorfastener
failures.

rimassemblyondiscbrake-equippedaxles,
makesurethetirevalvestemclearsthebrake
caliper.TheuseofeitheranInternational
®
truck
valvestemretaineroratiremanufacturer'sstem
formingtoolistheonlyacceptablemethodof
obtainingclearancewhennecessary.Failureto
obtainproperclearancemayresultinrapidtire
deation.
WheelNutTorqueMaintenance
Tightenandmaintainwheelandrimmountingnutstotheproper
torque.Loosenutsorovertightenednutscanleadtopremature
wearandpossiblefailureofthewheel,rim,and/ormounting
hardware.
Hub-PilotedWheelInstallationProcedures
WARNING

stylewheelsandmountinghardwaretoreplace
originalparts.Failuretodosomayresultinan
