Stamping
Introduction
Stamping is an Océ PlotWave 900 option that allows you to print a predefined text on
all your copies. Enable stamping with a license in the Océ Express WebTools. The key
operator can predefine a maximum of 50 stamps in the Océ Express WebTools. See
‘Define the stamps preferences’ on page 108
You can select one stamp per original and you can select a font, name, text (date or time).
A stamp can consist of the following parts:

predefined text
•
date
•
time
How to select a stamp
1.
Open the ‘Stamping’ card in the ‘Print’ section.
2.
Select stamp ‘On’ with the ‘Enable’ function key.
3.
Select a stamp with the ‘Select stamp’ function key.
Note:
The following steps are optional.
4.
Select a color with the ‘Format stamp’ function key and the arrow keys.
5.
Select a size with the ‘Format stamp’ function key and the arrow keys.
6.
Select a position with the ‘Stamp position’ function key.
