Define the template preferences
Introduction
Here you can define the preferred values for 4 templates: Template 1, Template 2,
Template 3 and Template 4. The templates are applicable to the scanner operator panel.
They contain predefined settings for copy and/or scan-to-file jobs.
Note:
Before you can edit a setting or a settings group, you must log on as a key operator or
power user.

How to define Template 1 ... 4 preferences

Click 'Preferences' - 'Template 1' / 'Template 2' / 'Template 3' / 'Template 4'.
The grouping reflects a combination of settings on the scanner operator panel. Template
1 functional settings are given as an example. You can find detailed information about
the settings in the tooltip.
