Remove a media jam in the high capacity output unit of the folder
1.
Open the top and lower door of the output unit.
2.
Press the two knobs and open the plate .

3.
Remove all pieces of material.
4.
Fasten the plate.
5.
Close the top and lower door.
6.
Open the lower door.
7.
Press the two knobs of the upper plate and lower the plate.
[241] Lower the plate
8.
Remove all pieces of material. If it is not possible to remove the jammed media:
