Copy with a template
Introduction
It is easier to copy with a template when you have to perform many jobs with similar
settings or when the scanner is often used by inexperienced users. You can only copy with
a template if you created your templates in Océ Express WebTools.
Before you begin
Check whether the display shows the “Templates” start screen. If not, define your settings
in Océ Express WebTools. For more information, see ‘Define the template preferences’ on
page 99.

Copy with a template
The display shows the “Templates” start screen:
1.
Press the “Template name” function key. Define other job settings only if necessary.
2.
Feed the original.
3.
Press the green Start key to start the copy job. Your original is fed into the scanner. The
printer starts.
Note:
The “Template name” is displayed as the name given in Océ Express WebTools.
