How to set the tray selection method
Introduction
If you want to define the tray selection method of the Océ Double Decker Pro, you can
do this in Océ Express WebTools. You can set one of the following tray selection settings
in the 'Preferences' at the Océ Express WebTools.
•
'Tray selection method'
•
'Tray selection on job type'
•
'Tray selection switch between sets: minimum number of sheets'
•
'Tray selection based on media size'
Define the tray selection settings
To define the tray settings:
1.
Manually switch the tray selection lever on the Océ Double Decker Pro to the middle
position.
2.
Open Océ Express WebTools on the controller or any other workstation and log in as
'Key operator' or 'Power user'.
3.
Open the 'Preferences' - 'System settings' tab and go to the 'Océ Double Decker Pro:
Tray selection'.
4.
Click “Edit” in the settings group bar or click on the value of a single setting.
5.
Enter your preferred settings.
6.
Click “OK” to confirm you entries or “Cancel” to reject your entries.
Result
The printer's output is delivered in the preferred selection and on the selected tray.
