The blue 'Jobs - Queue' bar in Océ Express WebTools has turned orange. The problem
is described in the top line of the 'Jobs - Queue' screen.

Click on 'View events' in the upper right-hand corner of the 'Jobs' tab.
The 'View events' screen opens. A description of the problem and the print job details
are shown.
