Status colors
Operator attention light colors#
DescriptionColor
The system has stopped printing. Operator attention is re-
quired now.
The error information or required operator action is indi-
cated on the printer operator panel.
Examples of when the attention light turns red:
•
Toner must be filled.
•
The operator must choose between 2 media sizes when
a new roll is loaded.
Red
The machine will stop soon. Operator attention is required
soon.
The error information or required operator action is indi-
cated on the printer operator panel.
Examples of when the attention light turns yellow:
•
One of the 2 belts of the belt unit is full.
•
Toner level is low.
Yellow
The system is busy printing.
No operator intervention is needed.
Green
The system is idle. There are no jobs scheduled for printing.All lights off
