9.5.17 Rebooting remote device

During resetting or rebooting remote device, OAM link maybe disconnect and the
CO device will not connect with remote device.

Whether the remote device supports this function varies with the specific remote
device. For details, see the corresponding manuals.
Configure the CO device as below.
