This command defines an electronic attenuation manually. Automatic mode must be
switched off (INP:EATT:AUTO OFF, see INPut<ip>:EATT:AUTO on page 1043).
If the current reference level is not compatible with an attenuation that has been set
manually, the command also adjusts the reference level.

For R&S FSW85 models with two RF input connectors:
1: Input 1 (1 mm [RF Input] connector)
2: Input 2 (1.85 mm [RF2 Input] connector)
For all other models:
irrelevant
Parameters:
<Attenuation> attenuation in dB
Range: see data sheet
Increment: 1 dB
*RST: 0 dB (OFF)
Default unit: DB
Example:
INP:EATT:AUTO OFF
INP:EATT 10 dB

This command turns automatic selection of the electronic attenuation on and off.
If on, electronic attenuation reduces the mechanical attenuation whenever possible.
