<FileName> String containing the path and name of the CSV import file.

MMEMory:STORe<n>:TFACtor <FileName>, <TransdName>
This command exports transducer factor data to an ASCII (CSV) file.
For details on the file format see Chapter 12.3.3, "Reference: Transducer Factor File
Format", on page 683.

<TransdName> Name of the transducer factor to be exported.
Example:

If the Frequency Response Correction option (R&S FSW-K544) is installed, the
R&S FSW supports the use of Touchstone (.SnP) files, as well as additional frequency
