CLI Reference BFD Configuration Commands
Use this command to configure the BFD for the OSPF or the RIP protocol on all interfaces in router
configuration mode. Use the no form of this command to disable this function.
By default, BFD can not be configured for the OSPF or the RIP protocol on the interface.
Router configuration mode
Use the following two methods to enable or disable the BFD configuration for the OSPF or the RIP
protocol on the interface:
1. Use the bfd all-interfaces or the no bfd all-interfaces command in the OSPF or RIP router
configuration mode;
2. Use the ip ospf bfd [ disable ] or ip rip bfd [ disable ] command in interface configuration mode.
The following example shows how to configure the BFD for OSPF on all interfaces:
Ruijie(config)# router ospf 123
Ruijie(config-router)# bfd all-interfaces
Configure the BFD session parameter.
Configure the BFD for OSPF.
Configure the BFD for RIP.
bfd bind backward-lsp-with-ip
