guidelines
If you have bound an IP address and a MAC address, the switch will
discard the packets that have the same source IP address but
different source MAC address.
If the port is an exceptional port and is installed (see address-bind
install), this binding policy does not take effect.
Examples
Following example is to set the fa 0/1 port as an exceptional port for
address binding.
