Description of the fields in ra-info:
Indicate whether the RA timer is started.
Indicate that the RS is received but the number
of the responses is not available.
Indicate the number of the RAs when the RA
timer is restarted.
out: Indicate the number of the RAs that are
sent.
In: Indicate the number of the RAs that are
received.
inconsistent: Indicate the number of the
received RAs in which the parameters are
different from those contained in the RAs
advertised by the device.
