Configure AutoSupport Profiles
Usethefollowingstepstocreateormodifyaprofileforeachperson
assignedtoworkwithSpectraLogicTechnicalSupporttotroubleshoot
problemswiththelibraryordrives.
1. Logintothelibraryasauserwithsuperuseroradministrator
privileges.
2. ClickMENU,thenselectMaintenance > AutoSupport.TheAutoSupport
screendisplays.
Notes:  IfyouhavenotyetconfiguredanAutoSupportprofile,the
Send Log Setbuttonisgrayedout.
 IfyouhavenotconfiguredaprofileforAutoSend,the
Configure Alarmsbuttonisgrayedout.
3. ClickManage Profiles.TheAutoSupportProfilesscreendisplays.
