meetstheEuropeanDirective2012/19/EUonWasteElectricaland
ElectronicEquipment,knownastheWEEEdirective.Thisdirective,only
applicableinEuropeanUnioncountries,indicatesthatthisproduct
shouldnotbedisposedofwithnormalunsortedmunicipalwaste.
WithinparticipatingEuropeanUnioncountries,specialcollection,
recycling,anddisposalarrangementhavebeenestablishedforthis
product.Attheendoflife,theproductusershoulddisposeofthis
productusingspecialWEEEcollectionsystems.Thesespecialsystems
mitigatethepotentialaffectsontheenvironmentandhumanhealththat
canresultfromhazardoussubstancesthatmaybecontainedinthis
product.
TheRoHSmarkingindicatesthatthisproductisincompliancewith
EuropeanCouncilDirective2011/65/2008,ontherestrictionoftheuseof
certainhazardoussubstancesinelectricalandelectronicequipment.
