Delete an AutoSupport Profile
Usethefollowingstepstodeleteanexistingprofile.
1. Logintothelibraryasauserwithsuperuseroradministrator
privileges.
2. ClickMENU,thenselectMaintenance > AutoSupport.TheAutoSupport
screendisplays(see
Figure221onpage330).
3. ClickManage Profiles.TheAutoSupportProfilesscreendisplays(see
Figure228onpage334).
4. ClickDeletenexttothecontactyouwanttoremove.
5. ClickYesontheConfirmationscreen.TheAutoSupportscreen
redisplays.
Configure Alarms (Optional)
Usethestepsinthissectionifyouwantthelibrarytoautomatically
generateanASLfileintheeventthatanyofthecriticaleventslistedunder
CriticalAlarmsonpage328occurs.
Note: TheConfigure Alarmsbuttonisonlyavailablewhenoneofthe
AutoSupportprofilesisconfiguredastheAutoSendrecipient
(seeStep4onpage333).
