CONFLICT MINERALS POLICY
SpectraLogiciscommittedtocomplyingwiththeOECDDueDiligence
GuidanceforResponsibleSupplyChainsofMineralsfromConflict
AffectedandHighRiskAreas,aswellastheapplicablerequirementsof
Section1502oftheDoddFrankAct,whichaimstopreventtheuseof
mineralsthatdirectlyorindirectlyfinanceorbenefitarmedgroupsinthe
DemocraticRepublicoftheCongo(DRC)orinadjoiningcountries
(“conflictminerals”).
AffectedsupplierstoSpectraLogicarerequiredtocommittobeingor
becoming“conflictfree”(whichmeansthatsuchsupplierdoesnotsource
conflictminerals)andsourcing,wherepossible,onlyfromconflictfree
smelters.EachaffectedsuppliertoSpectraLogicisrequiredtoprovide
completedEICCGeSIdeclarationsevidencingsuchsupplier

commitmenttobecomingconflictfreeanddocumentingcountriesof
originforthetin,tantalum,tungsten,andgoldthatitpurchases.
