1. Logintothelibraryasauserwithsuperuseroradministratorprivileges.
2. Fromthetoolbarmenu,selectMaintenance > AutoSupport.The
AutoSupportscreendisplays.
3. IfyouwanttosavetheAutoSupportticketinformationtoaUSBdevice,
insertthedeviceintotheLCM’sUSBport(see
Figure10onpage35)
andallowtimeforthedevicetomount.
