Ifyourlibraryiscoveredbywarrantyoraservicecontract,andyouneeda
BlueScaleSoftwareSupportkey,followthesesteps:
1. LogintoyouraccountontheTechnicalSupportportalat
support.spectralogic.com.

2. Select Incidents & Inventory > Service Key Generation.
3. OntheServiceKeyGenerationpage,clickthenameofthelibrarytype

ownarelisted.
