Ifyourlibraryiscoveredbywarrantyoraservicecontract,andyouneeda
BlueScaleSoftwareSupportkey,followthesesteps:
1. LogintoyouraccountontheTechnicalSupportportalat
support.spectralogic.com.
Note: SeeAccessingtheTechnicalSupportPortalonpage466for
informationaboutcreatinganaccountandaccessingthe
TechnicalSupportportal.
2. Select Incidents & Inventory > Service Key Generation.
3. OntheServiceKeyGenerationpage,clickthenameofthelibrarytype
forwhichyouwanttogenerateaservicekey.Onlythelibrarytypesyou
ownarelisted.
