804 Data Collection and Analysis
Calibrate When a sensor is detected, it
automatically loads a calibration for
that sensor. If you wish to edit a
sensor’s calibration, you can do so by
manually entering new calibration
values or by using either a single-
point or two-point calibration
procedure. Note: Some sensors
cannot be calibrated while other
sensors, such as the Colorimeter and
the Dissolved Oxygen Probe, must be
calibrated to be useful.
Zero Change the standing value in meter
view to zero.
Reverse Changes the sign of sensor reading.
This only available for sensors where
direction is relevant (for example,
motion detectors and force sensors).
Advanced Setup Set up more advanced data collection
options including remote collection
and triggering.
Remote Collection Set up supported data collection
devices for data collection without a
handheld or computer.
Supported devices: TI-Nspire™ Lab
Cradle, TI CBR 2™, and Vernier
Go!Motion®.
Triggering Data collection can be set to start
based on a specific sensor reading.
This functionality is only available
when using the TI-Nspire™ Lab
Cradle.
Configure Sensor Set up sensors that are not
automatically identified or not
available when creating a data
collection document.
