Printing PublishView™ documents
You can print reports, worksheets, and assessments created using the
PublishView™ feature. To print a document:
1. Select
File > Print.
The Print dialog box opens. A preview of the document is shown on
the right side of the dialog box.
2. Select a printer from the drop-down menu.
Note: The Print what field is disabled.
3. Select Paper Size from the drop-down menu. Options are:
• Letter (8.5 x 11 inches)
• Legal (8.5 x 14 inches)
• A4 (210 x 297 mm)
4. Select the number of
Copies you want to print.
5. In the Print Range area, select to print all pages in the document, a
range of pages, or the current page only.
Note: By default, top and bottom margins are set to one-inch and are
maintained when printing a PublishView™ document. There are no
side margins. PublishView™ sheets print just as they appear in the
workspace.
6. If needed, select or deselect the boxes to:
