General Troubleshooting
Tray 1 (MPT) No Paper
Ensure to remove paper from the Tray 1 (MPT) prior performing the test.
1. Enter the Service Diagnostic menu (page 4-5).
2. Perform the MPT No Paper test: Engine Diag > Sensor Test > MPT No
Paper.
3. Open Tray 1 (MPT).
4. Move the Actuator back and forth while checking the information on the
Control Panel display. The Low and High values change from 0 up to 99.
5. Press the Cancel button to stop the Tray 1 No Paper test.
