5.1.3 Monthly Maintenance
1) Check air supply filter to ensure it is clean and free of oil and moisture.
2) Check that all the valves and motors work normally.
3) Inspect gas piping, fittings, and hoses for leaks or damage.
4) Check hose fittings to ensure they are tight, free from leaks or damage.
5) Check all screws on the machine are installed, tight, and free of accumulated slag or rust.
6) Perform functional test of all buttons and switches, replace if necessary.
7) Check all cable plugs and sockets on the rear of the unit, inspect for wear or damage.
8) Check all electrical cables and connections.
9) Check the machine’s power cable for wear or damage. Replace if necessary.
10) Inspect drive rack and pinions on each axis. Replace any showing visible wear or teeth
deformation.
11) Check all gas valve fittings and hoses for leaks. Repair or replace as required. Use soapy
water to check connectors for leaks.
