4.10.5 INPUT and OUTPUT INDICATORS
The CNC is equipped with 13 inputs and 8 outputs. Not all are used in this application of this CNC.
This display provides visual indicators of the status of each input and output.
4.10.6 Operating Parameters
This area displays various parameter values used in the current operating mode, including:
Item Description
ANGLE Angle of program rotation, in degrees
SCALE Scaling of program playback, where 1.0 = 100%
LINE NUM Starting Line Number in part program when not starting at beginning.
DISTANCE Step Distance for Step Function in Manual Mode
PREHEAT Preheat Time in seconds
4.10.7 Machine Coordinate Display
These X and Y coordinates are the “machine coordinates”, indicating the position of the machine
relative to the zero point for the overall X and Y axes.
4.10.8 Mode / Status Indicators
MODE: This area displays indicators for the active operating mode, such as AUTO, ROTATION,
MIRROR, and SKIP TO.
STATUS: This field indicates such information as cutting, pause, limit alarms and time delay.
4.10.9 Program Coordinates
These X and Y coordinates are the “Program Coordinates”, indicating the position of the torch relative
to the starting point for the active or most recent program or nest.
4.10.10 Graphics Display Area
Displays a preview of the part program or nest, along with the running point of the cutting tool, and a
colored indicator of which paths have already been executed.
