The System 824 may be connected
to the computer directly or through a
modem. A network of many
instruments can be formed, all
controlled by one computer by using
the address-ability mode.
This chapter will describe the Serial
Port interfacing of the System 824
and the various interface commands
with their syntax. Modem control is
also covered.
