Figure 1-1 The System 824 is a convenient hand-held sound
level meter with a simple user interface.
The standard System 824 shown in Figure 1-1 includes the
following:
• 1/2” diameter condenser microphone
• Backlit graphic 64 x 128 pixel LCD display
• 14-key soft rubber backlit keypad
• AC/DC output, control, serial, and external power
connectors (shown in figure Figure 1-2)
• True “hand held” instrument with “sure grip” pads
