Fig. 81: OMS funcon
Special operaon (OMS) provides for overwring a normal stop STO, SS1 and SS2 by acvang
the enable switch (ES), see Enable S
witch (ES) funcon. ^ 437
A detected error in special operaon acvates the stop funcon that is correspondingly para-
meterised there (Safe Torque O (STO), Safe Stop 1 (SS1) or Safe Stop 2 (SS2)). The stop func-
on can be parameterised in special operaon as stop funcon.
If a request for special operaon is pending ("OMS acvaon"), the stop funcon that is para-
meterised for special operaon in 0x28A9:0010x28A9:001 (Safe Torque O (STO), Safe Stop 1
(SS1) or Safe Stop 2 (SS2)) is started.
Via Sa
fely Limited Increment (SLI), the moon funcon (SLS or retracng) parameterised for
special operaon in 0x28A9:002 0x28A9:002 can be executed.
Furthermore, 0x28CA:0030x28CA:003 can be used to switch on the monitoring funcon
(Safely Limited Increment (SLI)) for the moon funcon parameterised.
The seng "0" deacvates the SLI monitoring funcon.
Acvaon of special operaon
By means of the "Operaon mode selector" funcon, special operaon is acvated by an "ON
state" on a safe input. The funcon Enable Switch (ES) must have been assigned to the corre-
sponding input by parameterisaon.
Only if no safe input is ulised, the funcon can be acvated via the safety bus.
Via the sa
fety bus, a data telegram with a corresponding content is sent to the
inverter, see safety bus .
Deacvaon of special operaon
•
A chang
eover from special
operaon to normal operaon can only be eected when the
drive is at a standsll, see Safe Torque O (STO), Safe Stop 1 (SS1) or Safe Stop 2 (SS2) .
•
In the case of a restart, the restart (AIS) must be acknowledged via the terminals or safety
bus.
•
An automac restart is not permissible.
-
If "Automac restart" is parameterised, this has to be prevented by special measures,
e.g. programming in the master control.
