damaged. Replace ink
sensor assembly.

again.
If the message appears:
Refer to the action in

ink cartridge is
used.

cartridge is detected
normally while
pushing in / pulling
out the cartridge.
If detection does not
operate normally,
replace following parts.

4. Check contact of
ink ID sensor
assembly
connector.
- Reconnect following
main board assembly
connectors.
MAIN board: J43
HEATER JUNCTION
board:
• Connector J5(K)
• Connector J6(C)
• Connector J7(M)
• Connector J8(Y)
If no change occurs,
proceed to step (5).
