windshieldwiththedefrosters;otherwise,the
washersolutionmayfreezeonthewindshield
andobscureyourvisionandcauseanaccident.
Donotuseradiatorcoolantorantifreezeinthe
windshieldwasherreservoir.Radiatorcoolant
inthewasherreservoircanseverelyreduce
visibilitywhensprayedonthewindshield.
NOTE:KeeptheuidreservoirlledwithFleetrite
WindshieldWasherSolventorequivalent.
LOW/HIGHBeam–Whentheturnsignalstalkispulledpast
thepointofresistance,lightswillswitchtohighbeamposition.
Whenpulledagaintheywillreverttolowbeam.
HeadlightFlash-To-Pass–Whentheturnsignalleverispulled
withtheheadlightsOFF ,thehighbeamlightswillcomeonand
stayonaslongastheleverisheldinthepulledposition.When
thelowbeamheadlightsareON,thehighbeamlightscanbe
madetoashiftheleverisnotliftedpasttheclickordimmer
position.WhenthehighbeamheadlightsareON,thelowbeam
lightscanbemadetoashiftheleverisnotliftedpasttheclick
ordimmerposition.
Washer/WiperControl–Thewindshieldwasher,alongwith
thewindshieldwipers,iscontrolledbytheWASHER/WIPER
knobontheturnsignalswitchlever.Tooperatethewindshield
washer,pushinonthewiperknobtospraysolutiononthe
windshield.Wiperswillstartwipingandcontinuefortwocycles.
