720 Data Collection and Analysis
Strip Chart (Optional): Strip Chart will continuously collect
samples but only retain the last x data points collected. (“x
represents the number of points defined in Number of Points.)
Data Marker (Optional): Selecting this option places in the
Data collection controls area. Click the Add Data Marker icon
while collecting in time base mode to emphasize specific points.
Use this option to identify points of interest, such as an observed
change or when changing the conditions, while collecting data.
For example: Ice begins to form, began stirring, or added a
chemical.
4. Click OK to save your entries.
Your settings are saved for use on your next run.
Using Time Based collection mode
Use this procedure only after assigning Time Based as the collection
mode.
To use after setting Time Based as the collection mode:
1. Connect a sensor.
2. Select
Experiment > Start Collection or click .
