► The Y9 and Y12 Valves will open when the GP4 Pump is “Started”.
► This pump has both clockwise direction (CW) and anticlockwise (ACW)
pumping. The Pump Control Screen displays this function as “Forward”
(CW) and “Backward” (ACW).
NOTE: Starting these pumps automatically activates certain valves in the
Valve Control menu. After starting the pump/s in the Pump Control menu,
valves can be manually controlled by navigating to the Menu → Service →
Valve Control screen and opening/closing the desired Valve(s).
Analog Output
Use this screen to set up any Analog Output(s). These are only available with the
Optional Communication Box Accessory. The Communication Box has six customizable
Analog Outputs, configurable to trigger based on User customized settings. For more
information, see “Communication Box” on page 54.
The six Analog Outputs transmit analytical data/results to a User’s PLC to remotely
monitor and record data. Each output can be individually programmed/customized and
the output current can be adjusted if necessary.
Each Analog Output is fully customizable. No other information is transmitted via Analog
Outputs other than results. Important! Warnings and alarms are only handled via the
Relay(s) (Digital Outputs). For more information, see “Relay” on page 143.
For information about how to test the Analog Output connection, see “Test the Analog
Output(s)” on page 95.
