If Using Plant Instrument Air (ANSI/ISA 7.0.01):
Connect the compressed Plant Instrument Air source to the Air Scrubber Inlet (central
port on top of Air Scrubber Housing). Both the Analyzer and Air Scrubber connection
ports use 6 mm OD x 4 mm ID tubing.
Connect the Air Scrubber Outlet (off-center port on top of the Air Scrubber Housing)
Carrier Gas Tubing to the Analyzer Carrier Gas Inlet (Port 9).
If Using Air Box Accessory:
NOTE: The Air Box has its own Pressure Regulator inside the enclosure.
1. Open the Air Box door.
2. Using a tubing cutter, cut the Carrier Gas Tubing provided with the Air Scrubber
Accessory to size for your Analyzer configuration. The Carrier Gas Tubing is provided
as a single piece of tubing. You will need to have two separate lengths of tubing for
the Carrier Gas connections.
3. Route the first section of Carrier Gas Tubing into the bottom of the Air Box enclosure
through the hole shown. See Figure 3-6 on page 74
.
4. Install the Carrier Gas Tubing to the Outlet (left side) of the internal Pressure
Regulator. See Figure 3-6 on page 74
.
5. Install the other end of the Carrier Gas Tubing to the Air Scrubber Inlet (central port on
top of Air Scrubber Housing).
6. Using the other section of Carrier Gas Tubing, connect the Air Scrubber Outlet (off-
center port on top of Air Scrubber Housing) to the Analyzer Carrier Gas Inlet (Port 9).
