STEP 5: RETURNING THE ANALYZER TO SIEVERS
In some instances, after consulting with Technical Support or your local service provider, it will be
necessary to return the Analyzer to the factory for repairs. Only return the Analyzer to Sievers if
Technical Support or your local service provider has issued a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Several precautions must be followed to ensure that the Analyzer is not damaged during
shipment. If the original shipping container has not been retained, contact Technical Support or
your local service provider to order shipping supplies.
Important! Under no circumstances should the Analyzer be packed in anything other than
the original shipping container and pallet. You will be charged for any damages incurred
during shipping.
Please contact Technical Support or your local service provider for guidance on how to safely
prepare the Analyzer for shipping.
For international shipments, coordinate with a representative to ensure quick passage through
customs.
