2. Select the Enabled button until it displays “ON”.
3. To dynamically obtain an IP Address, enable the DHCP feature to display “O
N”.
4. If using a fixed IP Address, input the Address, Netmask, and Gateway specified to
you by your remote operations center. Select the C
HANGE button for each setting and
input the correct value.
NOTE: You may need to consult with your remote operations center to
determine some of the values.
STEP 12: PERFORM INITIAL ANALYZER DIAGNOSTICS
From the Touchscreen, select the Menu button (or use a “swipe gesture” with your finger to
switch to the Menu screen). Perform the following tasks in order to complete the Analyzer
installation.
Check the Sensor Values
Navigate to the following: Menu → Service → Sensors. Observe the values being
displayed. Only the listed Sensor values need to be verified during installation. See
Table 3-4 on page 92
.
Table 3-4: Sensor Values
Carrier Gas Flow In — A normal
reading for the “Carrier Gas Flow In” is
between 20-30 l/h. This is set by the
external air regulator in the next step.
Carrier Gas Flow Out — should
display ± 2-5 l/h to “Carrier Gas Flow
In” value.
Pressure Reactor — should display
less than 10 mbar.
Temperature 2

between 30-40 °C.
a. Temperature 1 sensor is not used and will display “0.0 °C”.
Furnace Temperature — should
display 1200 °C.
Gas Cooler — should display 5 °C. Gas Cooler Environment — should
be between 25-35 °C.
