Backing up the Analyzer Settings
It is highly recommended to backup critical files and settings to a USB memory device
before performing any maintenance. This includes Backup Settings, Machine Report, and
taking three screenshots of different Analyzer values. This feature provides a record of
the system settings and baselines in the event there is a need to return to previous
settings.
The Analyzer must be in Offline Mode before Data Management operations are allowed.
To Backup the Analyzer Settings
1. Navigate to the following: Menu → General → Machine Configuration
2. Open the Analyzer door and insert a USB memory device into the USB Port
inside the
Analyzer
below the Touchscreen. A “U” Icon will appear in the left side panel of the
Touchcreen. This indicates a USB memory device has been connected to the
Analyzer.
3. First, select the “S” Icon on the left side panel to take a screenshot of the Machine
Configuration screen. This is Screenshot 1 of 3.
4. From the Touchscreen, select the Backup Settings S
AVE button. The Analyzer will
automatically create a Backup file of the Analyzer settings to the mounted USB
memory device.
5. Next, from the Touchscreen, select the Machine Report S
AVE button. The Analyzer
will automatically create a Backup file of the Analyzer settings to the mounted USB
memory device.
6. Navigate to the next screen: Menu → General → Software
