Next, inspect the Gravity Drain. There should be no back-pressure on the Gravity Drain.
The Analyzer Waste Tubing should be free flowing. Inspect the Waste Tubing and confirm
it is clear of any obstructions does not bend sharply.
Gas Cooler Unit Condensate Not Draining
This could be a symptom of the Pump Tubing on the Sample Pump GP1 and Dilution
Pump GP4 being bent and stuck partially shut (kinked).
Increased Sample Recovery (NPOC)
This could be a symptom of a change in the Sample Matrix. In addition, it could be an
Acid dosing issue. Confirm that the analysis settings do not need to be adjusted due a
change in the Sample. Confirm the required acid and acid type has not changed. If
needed, replace the Acid with fresh Acid. Follow all local guidelines for disposal of old
acid.
Measurement Drift
If Check Standards begin to drift over time, check the date created and storage conditions
of the standards and the stock solution. Remake the Check Standard concentration using
a new stock solution and run the new solution using the same method. If the behavior
persists contact Technical Support or your local service provider.
The Analyzer Will Not Power On
If the Rotary Power Switch is in the vertical, “On” position but the touch screen display is
not illuminated, the Analyzer is not receiving power.
First, turn the Rotary Power Switch to the horizontal “Off” position. Confirm that the power
connections are firmly seated at the circuit breaker and confirm that there is power to the
circuit breaker. After confirming the power connections are correctly seated and receiving
power, turn the Rotary Power Switch back to the vertical “On” position.
If the Analyzer still does not power on, contact Technical Support or your local service
provider. No further troubleshooting is available for a User. The Electronics quadrant of
the Analyzer is not accessible by a User.
Diagnostics
The Touchscreen Menu → Service options are designed to help you troubleshoot
Analyzer issues with a Technical Support representative or your local service provider.
When the Service screen appears, all of the Analyzer components (Valves, Sensors,
