SYSTEM OVERVIEW
Use this section to learn more about the Analyzer.
Analyzer Enclosure Rating — IP54
The standard Analyzer enclosure is rated IP54. Additional enclosures are also available for
hazardous locations including the following:
• C1D2
• ATEX Zone 1
• ATEX Zone 2
• IECEx Zone 1
• IECEx Zone 2
For specific information about any optional enclosures, consult the information provided
in the Enclosure Specific Manual.
Major Subsystems
The Sievers TOC-R3 consists of four Major Subsystems. The modules are designed as
separate compartments within the enclosure to prevent contamination. The touch panel
PC (referred to as “Touchscreen”) is mounted on the front panel and is accessible from
the outside of the Analyzer.
1. Electronics, including;
• Microprocessors, circuit boards, and Detector(s)
• Fans; One on either side of the Analyzer for Analyzer cooling. (The Intake Fan in
the Fluidics Compartment to the right of the Gas Cooler Unit. The Exhaust Fan in
the Furnace Compartment above the Furnace.)
• USB Port
• Ethernet — Output to OPC-UA, Modbus
2. Software, including;
• Firmware
