Service Parts Disassembly
Tray 2 Size Switch (PL7.1.18)
1. Remove the Rear Cover (page 8-11).
2. Remove the Right Side Cover (page 8-12).
3. Release the Clamp (PL7.1.15) securing the Size Switch and remove the
wiring harness.
4. Disconnect the Size Switch connector P/J231.
5. Remove 1 screw (10 mm) securing the Size Switch.
6. Release the 2 notches of the Size Switch and the notch located on the
bottom from the holes of the printer and remove the Size Switch.
7. Remove the Clamp from the Size Switch.
