Error Messages and Codes
Jam at Duplexer
The Duplex Jam Sensor indicates the paper did not reach the sensor on time
or that paper remains in the Chute Assembly Out.

■ Check for obstruction or debris in the Exit Chute Out or paper path.
■ Cycle printer power.
■ If the problem persists, follow the procedure below.
