Shutting down the NVR
There are two ways to shut down the NVR.
To shut down the NVR (Option 1):
1. Click Menu > Shutdown. (See Figure 14.)
2. Click Shutdown.
3. Click Yes.

To shut down the NVR from the front panel (Option 2):
1. Press and hold the power button on the front panel for three seconds.
2. Enter the administrator’s username and password in the dialog box for
authentication.
3. Click Yes.
Note: Do not press the power button again when the system is shutting down.
Rebooting the NVR
Reboot the NVR in the Shutdown menu.
To reboot the NVR from the Shutdown menu:
1. Click Menu > Shutdown.
2. Click Reboot to reboot the NVR.
